Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping Time:
We are dedicated to deliver your arrangements with the utmost care and efficiency. Our delivery service is available within 5 business days

Whilst all care will be taken to ensure delivery within these allotted time frames, unforeseen delays may occur due to traffic situations that are out of our control. 

If a delivery cannot be made within the designated timeframe due to fault of our own, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery at the earliest possible time at no additional charge.

Specific Delivery Time:
If a specific delivery time is required please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply.

In the event that a delivery cannot be completed for reasons such as incomplete or inaccurate address, recipient unavailable to receive delivery, lack of recipient telephone information, recipient refuses to accept the delivery etc.; our shop will contact you via email or telephone call to sort out the issue.  

A delivery attempt will be made during the next business day at a fee at our sole discretion.  

Any additional delivery attempts are subject to a re-delivery charge.

Special Delivery Location:

For delivery to locations outside Major industrial and commercial districts on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, please give us a call to discuss individual delivery schedule and charges.

Other Remarks:
When a Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, all delivery services will be suspended, our shop will contact you via email or telephone call to re-schedule the delivery.

Where a third party is involved during delivery such as hospital and office, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

Returns & Cancellation

As flowers are perishable and natural items, all sales are non-refundable.

If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient who is not completely satisfied with the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact Fleuriste M within 24 hours of the delivery to request for a full exchange with a valid reason.  Delivery charge is determined at our discretion on all exchanges.

Fleuriste M does not offer refunds on orders cancelled upon the successful payment made.


The product photographs on the website are for reference only, we cannot ensure a perfect resemblance with the product delivered at all time.  

The floral products that can be ordered depend on the seasonal and regional availability of stock.  In case of unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute a product with equivalent value and quality without prior notice.  

However, we undertake to provide our best efforts to ensure that the floral product delivered resembles in terms of the color scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement, as far as possible, the photograph of the floral product chosen.

In order to fulfil your order, we require all necessary fields contained within the order form to be completed with the relevant information. We accept payment by all major credit and/or debit cards.
